Dr. Ng Po-chu, Director of Kindergarten Education, has rich experience in teacher training. He has been engaged in early childhood education and teacher training for nearly 20 years. He was once the course director and senior lecturer of the Department of Early Childhood Education in a university, and the academic director of an early childhood education institution. She often writes articles to share her experiences in early childhood education. Dr. Wu personally writes curriculum for CLEMENT KINDERGARTEN and kindergarten based on the developmental characteristics of young children, matching different learning scenarios in the school so that children can receive the most appropriate training. Both Principal Wu and Director Lu of our school have studied for a master's degree in early childhood education. They have many years of experience in front-line administration and education, and have flexible and innovative visions. Teachers at all levels have rich teaching experience and caring. The team has peer class observation, regular teaching reviews, and year-round training plans to continuously improve the quality of teachers.
