KINGSTON INTERNATIONAL KINDERGARTEN is located at Kimballoon Road, Kowloon Tong. It is a private independent kindergarten (does not participate in the government kindergarten subsidy scheme). The kindergarten was established in 1996 and is affiliated with KINGSTON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. It is the first kindergarten in Hong Kong authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization to provide IBPYP courses. The school has been officially accredited by IB since 2007. The school provides an immersive learning design in English and Mandarin in a bilingual environment for ages 3 to 5, emphasizing inquiry-based curriculum, allowing children to embark on the IB early childhood education journey in a safe and supportive environment.
