R.T.C. GAIA SCHOOL
Description
"Humanistic Education": We firmly believe that everyone has motivation and interest in learning. The teacher's task is to provide a safe, fearless and stimulating environment, try to protect children's interests, and provide encouragement and guidance. Students are the subjects of learning, and teachers are the facilitators of learning. Respect children’s differences and traits. Cultivate students' "autonomous learning" ability, affirm that they have the right to choose and have the ability, and gradually let students learn to bear the price of their choices, so as to grow into responsible citizens.
